How to Treat Eating Disorders
- Not Eating

Emergency

If you start to think about suicide seriously, please refer to How To Walk Out Of Depression.

What caused you not to eat?

Do you actually want to eat food? If yes, most likely evil spirits convinced and urged you not to eat.

Imagine that some evil strangers keep telling you not to eat, and prevent you from eating even when you are starving. That’s what has been happening to you. So what will you do? Just EAT!

Overcome the Urges and Desires of Not Eating

Evil spirits can cause urges and desires of not eating in your heart.

Look at your heart, and keep saying “reject, reject, reject, reject …” to your heart for 1 minute.

You may feel like a spider web falling off your heart, or clearer and airier around your heart.

This can help you overcome the urges and desires of not eating caused by evil spirits. Repeat as needed.

Get yourself something to eat

Eat your favorite food. Do not be obsessed with healthy food when you are starving. It’s better to eat some food than hardly eat at all.

When you can eat more, slowly introduce more healthy food into your diet over time.

Diet

Don’t force yourself to stay on a very strict diet to keep slim. If you have been on a very strict diet, you may get sick easily, recover health slowly, and even struggle with a serious disease and frequent suicidal ideas.

We do not have to be on a vegetarian diet to stay healthy, either. In fact, a moderate amount of meat can help us build muscles, repair body tissues, maintain our skin, and develop digestive and immune systems. They are all essential to the health of our human body. However, perhaps the most important reason why you should never cut off meat is that there are tons of evil spirits behind a vegetarian diet. We analyzed the results of two recent scientific studies of men and women switching to a vegetarian diet. After a month, a vegetarian diet attracted 3-4 times more evil spirits to women, and about 5 times more evil spirits to men. Remember, a primary mandate of Buddhism is eating meat is a sin and you cannot eat meat. You can also test it yourself. If you have been on a vegetarian diet, eat some meat. Then you may suddenly feel very quiet around you, because most evil spirits surrounding you are gone. When there are many more evil spirits troubling you and attacking your human body every day, a vegetarian diet clearly will not help with your overall mental health or physical health in the long term.

We do not have to eat plain food to stay healthy. Instead, feel free to use enough oil, salt, herbs, spices, and sauces to boost the flavors of your dishes.

We do not have to eat all organic or whole grains to stay healthy, either. Don’t stress out about eating completely clean or healthy food. You can occasionally indulge yourself with some delicious but unhealthy food, for example, when you feel low, or when you want to celebrate. In fact, some bacteria, viruses, and unhealthy ingredients can work like vaccines to develop and improve our immune systems. Like how vaccines work, expose yourself more to bacteria, viruses, and unhealthy ingredients when you are young, when you are healthy, when you are happy, but do not overload to break your immune system.

When you screen food about what you can eat and what you cannot eat every day, evil spirits can send messages, cause urges, and cause a lot of worry, fear, anger, frustration, and even panic to you. In this way, evil spirits can take a lot of control of your body through your food and cooking every day. Then evil spirits can harm you whenever they want, such as causing serious panic attacks at critical moments.

Consequently, we have to balance healthy eating, evil spirits, and the taste of our food. We recommend a plant-based diet. Some scientific research shows that a plant-based diet can even reverse some serious diseases. So overall, such a diet is healthy, tastes better, and avoids a lot of evil spirits.

Cultivating and sustaining our love for food is paramount. This is because food is essential to our health, and always a quick and effective source of happiness and comfort during our struggles.

After considering our food sources and how our human body works, and for the sole purpose of our health, we recommend a plant-based diet like the following:

  • Main food (bread, noodles, rice, potatoes, oats, beans, etc.): 70% – 80%
  • Vegetables: 10% – 20%
  • Meat and eggs (usually only for lunch or supper): 5% – 10%
  • Fruits: part of breakfast, snacks, smoothies/slushies
  • Drinks: 5 – 7 glasses of cold water per day, plus 1 glass of cold almond milk or oat milk

If compacted, the total amount of food for each meal should be about the size of your fist. If you vomit or feel like vomiting from time to time, eat nuts only occasionally and eat less food for a meal. On the other hand, if you feel hungry 1-2 hours after a meal, add some more food to a meal.

Your human body is a robust, versatile, and resilient living robot. So you only need to eat and drink within these rough guidelines most of the time. You can occasionally go off the guidelines. In addition, you do not need to measure food by weight or volume to keep the percentages precise. Just look at your meal and ask yourself, “Is the main food about 70%? Are the vegetables about 20%? Is the meat about 5%?” Finally, you can tune the percentages to your own body needs. For example,

  • A child of an average build may need 10% of meat. By comparison, an adult of an average build may only need about 5%.

  • When acne shows up on your face or body, cut back on some meat and spicy food.

  • When your face and belly get visibly chubbier, eat much less meat and desserts.

  • When you start to lose interest in food, add some more meat.

Eat some vegetables raw, such as carrots and cucumbers. When you eat vegetables and fruits raw, always peel the skins if possible. If you hardly eat vegetables and fruits, try some smoothies. For example, blend fresh purple cabbage, frozen bananas, frozen pineapples, fresh lime juice, honey, and almond milk. To make it a slushie, the ratio of fresh vegetables/fruits to frozen fruits is about 1:2. You can easily make frozen fruits by cutting fresh fruits and putting them in the freezer. Such healthy and tasty smoothies provide many nutrients and vitamins to boost your health and slow down aging.

Eat a variety of meat, such as fish, shrimp, chicken, turkey, pork, and beef. Cook meat with spices and herbs in low heat for long enough to make sure the meat is cooked through but still juicy.

Eat fruits as snacks.

Reserve unhealthy drinks, unhealthy snacks, nuts, spicy food, tea, coffee, dairy, and desserts for special occasions only, such as birthdays and holidays. For example, we believe dairy is primarily responsible for girls premature for 4-5 years, hypersexuality, and a number of cancers related to the reproductive system in both women and men. However, we are not concerned about occasional consumption of dairy.

If you also exercise for 30+ minutes every day, your body will be in good shape. These are easier and more sustainable ways to keep fit in the long term. For example, jogging, sit-ups, deep stretching, ballet, or Zumba for 30 minutes per day. If you want a flat belly, do 100 sit-ups per day. While doing sit-ups,

  • keep your mouth open and allow yourself to count and breathe heavily.
  • keep your fingers crossed on the back of your head.
  • keep your back curved.
  • lift your whole upper body up.
  • when lowering down your upper body, flatten, tighten, and pull up your belly muscles.

Religious Dietary Restrictions

From a religious perspective, you do not have to follow any dietary restrictions.

For example, we do not recommend fasting to upset and disturb your body’s normal expectations and routine functions unnecessarily.

From a religious perspective, it is wrong to believe that eating meat (e.g. pork) is a sin. Instead, the real sins are defined in the Laws of Sins. Why is this important to you? Because every time you look at meat and think it is a sin to eat meat, the evil spirits behind the wrong belief can take some control of your mind and body. Then evil spirits can harm you and cause problems in your life, such as eating problems and sleep problems.

From a spiritual perspective, we recommend not to drink alcohol or use any bad drugs. This is because alcohol and bad drugs can cause you (your spirit) to lose control of your human body.

In addition, we follow the principle of causing minimum suffering to our animal food. For example, you shall not cook a crab or lobster alive.
