If you can hardly sleep

Recently, you sleep only 2 – 3 hours per night. You even feel like you cannot completely shut down your body anymore.

Solutions

Take a full day break as soon as possible.

 

 

Sleep in as much as you can.

 

 

Play our list of instructions and good songs loudly near you whenever possible during the day (except when driving). Make sure you can hear the instructions clearly. Take naps whenever you feel sleepy.

 

 

When you feel a little better, pray to our God to punish the evil spirits for causing you severe sleep problems. Please refer to How to Pray to Our God Against Evil Spirits“.

 

 

Then look at a ray of sunlight or strong indoor light for about 1 hour. Please refer to Look At A Ray Of Light“.

 

 

Watch TV for 3 – 4 hours. Please refer to “Watch TV“.

 

 

Make yourself happy. Eat your favorite meal or snack. Do what you really love.

 

 

Spend some time talking and playing with your loved ones.

 

 

Take a hot shower or bath.
