How To Force Yourself to Sleep

Step 1: force your human body to sleep

METHOD 1

Close your eyes. Look at and focus on your nose.

 

 

Say “sleep, sleep, sleep …” fast and forcefully to the top of your head. Keep saying it till your human body relaxes and feels heavy and still.

 

 

If evil spirits cause pain in the top of your head during the process, please use METHOD 2 below.

 

 

METHOD 2

Touch your throat. Close your eyes. Look at and focus on your throat.

 

 

Say “look at my throat, look at my throat, look at my throat …” Keep saying it till your human body completely relaxes and feels heavy and still.

Step 2: force your spirit to sleep

Keep your human body relaxed, heavy, and still as achieved above.

 

 

Keep your eyes closed. Look at and focus on your nose.

 

 

Say “sleep, sleep, sleep….” fast and forcefully to both of your temples. Keep saying it till you drift to sleep.

 

 

Evil spirits may send many messages and cause some pain and stinging to interrupt the process. In such cases, please keep saying “reject” till you fall asleep.
