Very Strict Diet

Do not force yourself on a very strict diet to keep slim. If you have been on a very strict diet, you may get sick easily and recover health slowly. You may even struggle with a serious disease or frequent suicidal ideas.

Vegetarian Diet

You do not have to be on a vegetarian diet to stay healthy. In fact, a small amount of meat can help you build muscles, repair body tissues, maintain skin, and develop digestive and immune systems. They are all essential to the health of your human body.

 

 

However, perhaps the most important reason why you should never cut off meat is that there are tons of evil spirits behind a vegetarian diet. By our analysis of two recent scientific studies, a vegetarian diet attracted 3 – 4 times more attacks from evil spirits to women, and about 5 times more attacks from evil spirits to men. Remember, a primary mandate of Buddhism is that eating meat is a sin and you cannot eat meat. You can also test it yourself. If you have been on a vegetarian diet, eat some meat. Then you may suddenly feel very quiet and empty around you, because many evil spirits surrounding you are gone. When there are many more evil spirits troubling you and attacking your human body every day, a vegetarian diet clearly will not help with your overall mental health or physical health in the long term.

Unhealthy Ingredients

We do not have to eat all organic or whole grains to stay healthy. Don’t stress out about eating completely clean or plain healthy food. In reality, you may eat little plain healthy food at meals, and then eat a lot of unhealthy snacks when you get hungry. It’s better to eat enough healthy food during meals. So use enough oil, salt, herbs, and sauces to boost the flavors of your healthy dishes.

 

 

You can occasionally indulge yourself in some delicious but unhealthy food, for example, when you feel low, or when you want to celebrate. In fact, some bacteria, viruses, and unhealthy ingredients can work like vaccines to develop and improve our immune systems. Like how vaccines work, expose yourself more to bacteria, viruses, and unhealthy ingredients when you are young, when you are healthy, when you are happy, but do not overload to break your immune system. 

 

 

You can add a very small amount of unhealthy food to your diet, such as bacon and sausages. They can boost the flavors and increase your interest in healthy food. To significantly reduce bacon cooking smoke, cook bacon in a microwave for about 1 minute per piece.

Recommended Diet

We have to balance healthy eating, evil spirits, and the taste of our food. We recommend a plant-based diet. Some scientific research shows that a plant-based diet can reverse some serious diseases. So overall, such a diet is healthy, tastes better, and avoids a lot of evil spirits. 

 

 

Considering our food sources and how our human body works, for the sole purpose of our health, we recommend a plant-based diet as follows:

  • Main food (bread, noodles, rice, potatoes, oats, etc.): 70% – 80%
  • Vegetables: 10% – 20%
  • Eggs and meat: 5% – 10%
  • Fruits: part of breakfast, snacks, smoothies/slushies
  • Drinks: 5 – 7 glasses of ice cold water per day

 

 

If compacted, the total amount of food for each meal should be about the size of your fist. If you vomit or feel like vomiting from time to time, eat nuts only occasionally, and eat less food for a meal. On the other hand, if you feel hungry 1 – 2 hours after a meal, add some more main food to a meal.

 

 

Your human body is a robust, versatile, and resilient living robot. So you only need to eat and drink within these guidelines most of the time. You can occasionally go off the guidelines. In addition, you do not need to measure food by weight or volume to keep the percentages precise. Just look at your meal and ask yourself, “Is the main food 70% – 80%? Are the vegetables 10% – 20%? Is the meat about 5%?” Finally, you can tune the percentages to your own body’s needs. For example,

  • A child of average build may need 10% meat. By comparison, an adult of average build may only need 5% meat.

 

  • When acne or lumps show up on your face or body, cut back on some meat and spicy food.

 

  • When your face and belly get visibly chubbier, eat much less dessert and meat.

 

  • When you start to lose interest in food, add a little more meat.

MEAT

Eat a variety of meat, such as fish, chicken, pork, and beef. Cook meat with herbs and sauces over low to medium heat long enough so that the meat is cooked through but still juicy.

 

 

VEGETABLES AND FRUITS

To reduce toxins, always peel the skins of vegetables and fruits if possible.

 

 

Eat fruits as snacks.

 

 

If you hardly eat vegetables and fruits, try some smoothies or slushies. For example, blend 1 cup fresh red cabbage/carrots/cucumber, 1.5 cups frozen bananas*, 1.5 cups frozen pineapples, juice from 2 fresh key limes, 3tbsp honey, and cover all the food with cold filtered water. To make it a slushie, the ratio of fresh to frozen ingredients is about 1 : 3. Such healthy and tasty slushies eliminate a lot of excessive heat inside your body. They also provide many nutrients and vitamins to boost your health and slow down aging. We recommend drinking 1 – 2 glasses of such slushies every 1 – 2 days.

 

 

Note*: You can easily make frozen fruits by cutting fresh fruits and putting them in the freezer.

 

 

DRIED PLUMS

Eat 7 – 15 dried plums every 1 – 2 days. Dried plums are traditionally known for solving very serious constipation. It can also effectively eliminate excessive gas inside your human body. So when you eat dried plums, you can get rid of excessive gas, toxins, and waste inside your human body. This can help relieve many kinds of physical suffering, such as pain and excessive heat inside your human body.

 

 

Please note that dried plums need enough water to work. So make sure you drink 5 – 7 glasses of ice cold water every day. Drink 2 – 3 glasses of ice cold water soon after eating dried plums to help “activate” the dried plums if needed.

 

 

Dried plums can cause burping, fart, and diarrhea. If your body urgently needs to get rid of excessive waste, toxins, and gas, the results of eating dried plums may show up immediately. If not urgent, the results of eating dried plums may show up 4 – 5 hours later. So it is better to eat dried plums as soon as you stay at home for the rest of the day. Do not worry about diarrhea. Even when you have frequent diarrhea and feel weak, eat some filling food such as bread and crackers, drink plenty of water, and rest. You will probably recover soon.

 

 

OCCASIONAL FOOD

If you often eat nuts, you may throw up easily.

 

 

Drinking a lot of tea or coffee can cause you serious sleep problems.

 

 

Spicy food can cause a lot of heat and inflammation in your human body. The excessive heat in stomach can also cause you sleep problems.

 

 

Cheese can cause a lot of heat and serious constipation. Daily consumption of dairy (milk, cream, cheese) may cause a girl to start periods 4 – 5 years earlier. It may also cause some diseases in your reproductive system.

 

 

Desserts can cause serious teeth problems, and make your face and body chubbier.

 

 

Consequently, reserve unhealthy drinks, unhealthy snacks, nuts, tea, coffee, spicy food, dairy, and desserts for special occasions only, such as birthdays and holidays. 

 

 

You will probably be fine if you eat some cheese, spicy food, or more meat occasionally. However, your body can start to struggle if you eat a lot, or more than 2 unhealthy meals in a row.

 

 

KEEP FIT

If you also exercise for about 30 minutes every day, your body will be in good shape. For example,

  • Jog for 10 – 15 minutes
  • Do 100 sit-ups
  • Deeply stretch for 10 – 15 minutes
  • Practice ballet for 30 minutes
  • Dance Zumba for 30 minutes

 

 

These are easier and more sustainable ways to keep fit in the long term.

 

 

You may want to look slim for a special occasion, such as a wedding. You can continue with our recommended diet, but completely cut off meat and dessert for 3 – 4 days.

Religious Dietary Restrictions

We do not recommend fasting to upset and disturb your body’s normal expectations and routine functions unnecessarily.

 

 

From a religious perspective, it is wrong to believe that eating meat is a sin. Instead, a real sin is anything morally wrong, as defined in the Laws of Sins. Killing and eating animals originates from the real-life sustainable ecosystem. Carnivores and Omnivores are needed to keep Herbivore populations under control, so that Herbivores will not eat all the grass and plants. Consequently, killing and eating animals is not morally wrong, or a sin. Why is this important to you? Because every time you look at meat and think it is a sin to eat meat, the evil spirits behind this wrong belief can take some control of your mind and body. Then evil spirits can harm you and cause problems in your life, such as serious eating problems and sleep problems.

 

 

Do not drink much alcohol or use any bad drugs. This is because certain amounts of alcohol and bad drugs can cause you to lose control of your mind and human body.

 

 

Finally, we follow the principle of causing minimal suffering to our animal food.
