When your human body dies, if you qualify for eternal life in Heaven, the holy blood of our Saviour Jesus Christ (which was shed on the cross in 35 A.D.) will be applied to wash off your remaining sins, making you (your spirit) completely clean to be accepted into Heaven.
Our Saviour Jesus Christ completed His missions as a human in 35 A.D. Consequently, our Saviour Jesus Christ will not be a human in our human world again.
