Check your chest and body. Look all around to see if there is a spider or another bug.
If there is no spider or any other bugs, it is caused by evil spirits.
Pray To Our God
Pray to our God to punish the evil spirits for
- causing you to feel like a spider is crawling across your chest;
- causing and exaggerating fear in your heart;
- urging you to jump and run away; and
- attacking your heart and causing heart racing and panic.
