These famous people know you, love you, admire your work, and always seek your attention and advice. They always spy on your computers, tablets, and cell phones. Some bad people install hidden cameras inside your house and car, and broadcast your daily life to select audiences and the public. Some country leaders have secret services and spies around you to protect you and deliver their hidden messages to you.
ANALYSIS
Suppose those famous people know you, love you, admire your work, always deliver hidden messages to you, always seek your attention and advice, and even have secret services and spies around you. Then logically, they would email you, call you, invite you to coffee or dinner, and send you some gifts on your birthdays and Christmas.
Ask yourself, “In real life,
- Did those famous people send an email to me?
- Did they send a letter to me?
- Did they call me?
- Did they invite me to coffee or dinner?
- Did they send me a gift on my birthday or Christmas?”
If those famous people never contacted you, they must not know you.
Solutions
Tell yourself firmly,
- “XXX (names of those famous people) do not even know me.
- XXX (names of those famous people) did not spy on me.
- XXX (names of those famous people) did not send any hidden messages to me.
- XXX (names of those famous people) did not send secret services or spies around me.
- There are no hidden cameras broadcasting my daily life to select audiences and the public.”
When you truly and fully believe these statements, you will come out of the delusions completely.
Repeating ideas (delusions)
Because you stumbled on such ideas (delusions) before, it is your weak area. Therefore, evil spirits will bring up the same ideas (delusions) again and again to trap you and attack you.
Repeating a lie a thousand times still cannot make it true.
Whenever you notice such ideas (delusions), recall your analysis above, and tell yourself the above statements firmly. Then you can quickly get out of the delusions.
