You always feel like a robber is going to break into your house through the kitchen window at night. So you hurry to close all the windows and blinds (or curtains) every night. But nobody ever broke into your house.

Evil spirits send you messages, images, illusions, or videos of a robber breaking into your house through the kitchen window at night. Meanwhile, evil spirits cause and exaggerate fear and worry in your heart. Then evil spirits urge you to close all the windows and blinds (or curtains) immediately.
Every time you do not reject a message, image, illusion, video, fear, worry, or urge from evil spirits, they can gain access to your human body, take some control of your human body, and harm you whenever they want.

Ask yourself, “Did a robber ever break into my house through the kitchen window before?”
If not, why do you worry so much about it?
Use your common sense and sound judgment
For security in your residential area, do you have to close all your windows and blinds (or curtains) at night? Do your neighbors close all their windows and blinds (or curtains) at night?
Then what will be your reasonable concern and response? For example, you may need to close all the windows at night, but not all the blinds (or curtains).
Control your fear and worry
Given the security situation in your residential area, what will be your reasonable fear and worry?
Reject any irrational fear and worry.
If you are struggling with fear, be brave. Go outside and check if there is anybody outside your kitchen window at night.
Reject urges from evil spirits
An urge is a subtle, unusual movement in your heart, arms, back, or other parts of your human body, which is caused by evil spirits.
When you feel an urge, stop immediately. Ask yourself, “Do I really want to close the blinds/curtains? Do I really want to do it now?”
Make sure you act according to your own will and at your own pace. For example, close a blind when you really want to. And close a window at your own pace.
