How to distinguish things from evil spirits
Develop Awareness of Thoughts, Desires, Words, and Behaviors
Train yourself to develop more awareness of your thoughts, desires, words, and behaviors. Then you may identify and distinguish things from spirits, such as messages and desires from evil spirits.
Work on your words and behaviors first. Write down 3 good and 1 problematic words and behaviors today. Within weeks, you may become very sensitive to what you say and do. This can help you prevent problematic words and behaviors, and therefore avoid many sins.
When you are very sensitive to your words and behaviors, start working on your thoughts/ideas. Try your best to identify anything in your mind. In the beginning, you may feel very slow, but you can still identify a few messages in your mind. Keep trying hard to identify any messages in your mind. Over time, the message will become a single clear one in your mind at a given time. It can take years to achieve this stage.
When you can easily identify anything in your mind, you may become aware of desires from the bottom middle of your chest. Similar to thoughts/ideas, try hard to identify any desires. Then you may also notice emotions, urges, and feeling from the bottom middle of your chest.
As years go by, you will gain more and more spiritual experience, and things from spirits will become clearer and clearer to you.
Note: the following comes from 10+ years of countless real spiritual experiences. The content is specific to spirits.
“I first identified messages from spirits in Sept 2013. The messages were sent by Satan and other evil spirits. In 2014, our God led me to train my awareness of my words and behaviors. It took me 2 – 3 months to become very sensitive to my words and behaviors. In 2016, I clearly identified most messages in my mind. In Jan 2018, I started to identify desires from the bottom middle of my chest.
In Jan 2018, I was still deeply and hopelessly trapped and controlled by Satan and other evil spirits. Satan was so confident that he actually told me he was Satan several times. Then I identified evil desires from the bottom middle of my chest, which clearly were not my own. I insisted that they couldn’t possibly come from the true God. I believed it came from Satan. I prayed to our God to punish Satan. Then Satan was crucified and died on my spiritual cross in March 2018. Please refer to “The Death of Satan“.
Even after Satan died, I was unable to write this article because many things were still in great confusion. In 2023, I started to write this article based on countless real spiritual experiences. In 2026, this article is much more accurate and complete.”

Messages
“Message” refers to a text message in your mind.
A message from yourself is a thought or idea. Your human body doesn’t have its own thoughts or ideas. Similarly, your spiritual body doesn’t have its own thoughts or ideas. Only you (your soul) have thoughts and ideas. In other words, if it is not your thought or idea, it must come from somebody else, not from your human body or spiritual body, not from your spirit.
If you did not start it, the message in your mind did not come from you. It came from a spirit.
If you do not want to think about it, the message in your mind is not yours. It came from a spirit.
Messages from evil spirits are usually scary, violent, sexual, immoral, illegal, or trivial. Evil spirits will also send messages related to your daily life and work that you are capable of. In addition, evil spirits do not care whether or when you need such messages. Therefore, the timing of the message is usually odd or bad for your current circumstances.
Some people think that good messages must come from our God and bad messages must come from evil spirits. In reality, it is hard to distinguish whether a message is truly good or bad for you. Evil spirits can cause you to focus on many benefits of a decision while grossly ignoring its disadvantages. Consequently, you should diligently evaluate the message. If the timing is odd or bad, you can discard the message. If it still bothers you, do some research about the decision. List all the benefits and disadvantages. Does it fit your current situation? Does it give you what’s truly most important to you?
If a message is good, urgent, and significant, you should carefully evaluate the message. Is it good for you and other good people? Does it fit your current capabilities and current circumstances? Is this what you truly want, too? If all your answers are “yes”, the message can come from our God or our God’s people in the spiritual worlds.
Images
“Image” refers to a clear image displayed by spirits in front of your eyes, whether your human eyes are open or closed.
Evil spirits often display scary, violent, and sexual images. Evil spirits also always display images related to certain people and things you saw recently. For example:
- Evil spirits display an image of a ghost in front of your closed human eyes.
- Evil spirits display a person’s face that you saw on TV today.
Most images displayed by spirits come from evil spirits.
Videos
“Video” refers to clear motion pictures displayed by spirits in front of your eyes, whether your human eyes are open or closed.
Evil spirits often display scary, violent, sexual, immoral, and illegal videos.
Evil spirits may display videos to show off their “superpowers”. Then evil spirits will urge you and convince you that they were God.
Evil spirits can also display videos that appear good, such as calm beautiful undersea scenes. If you do not reject it, evil spirits can take some control of your eyes, brain, and body, and cause problems in these areas later on.
Our God expanded a ray of light, zoomed into Heaven and another universe, and showed me people and things in Heaven and another universe. Our God sent a video while I was dozing off 2 – 3 times. While and after seeing the videos from our God, I did not notice any slightest intention to show off His superpower or prove He is God. All the videos from our God showed significant things for us to know.
Illusions
“Illusion” refers to a blurry image or short video displayed by spirits, whether your human eyes are open or closed. Illusion usually comes with some feeling in your eyes or other parts of your human body.
Illusions can be displayed in or very close to your human body. For example:
- Evil spirits display an illusion of a person in your head. Evil spirits convince you that the spirit was God inside your human body.
- Evil spirits display an illusion of a person on the back of your human body.
- Evil spirits display an illusion of a spoon near your eyes, and urge you to take it now.
- Evil spirits display illusions of spaghetti, tomatoes, and eggs near your eyes. Evil spirits seduce and urge you to cook supper with these ingredients.
- Evil spirits display an illusion of a snake coming to bite your right foot.
Illusions can also be displayed far away from your human body. For example:
- Evil spirits display an illusion of a ghost standing outside your house.
- Evil spirits display an illusion of a person quickly passing through your window.
When you see an illusion, whether close or far away, it is actually displayed in your eyes. However, evil spirits may cause some feeling in your body and point the illusion to a place close or far away. So you may be tricked into believing that the illusion is close to your human body or far away.
Evil spirits often display illusions related to
- daily tasks
- sex
- a ghost, demon, or monster
- a car accident or disaster
- a scary animal
- a weapon attacking your human body
GIFs
“GIF” refers to a very short video displayed in loops by spirits in front of your eyes, usually lasting less than 10 seconds.
It is rare to receive GIFs from spirits. I received 3 GIFs (each repeated 3 times) from our God to show me very important things.
On the other hand, strong evil spirits sent a GIF once. Evil spirits created a “man of light”* in a ray of sunlight. The “man of light” reached out to hold my hand and take me to the Sun. Evil spirits suggested that Heaven was in the Sun. Evil spirits repeated the GIF a few times.
Note*: Evil spirits can display a “man of light” (a white shape like a man) in a ray of sunlight or indoor light. A real man of light (a Living Light in the shape of a man) does not rely on the Sun or an indoor light to appear. A real man of light will never fade color from white to red and black. In addition, Heaven is not in the Sun. And people do not go to Heaven through a ray of light.
Dreams
“Dream” is typically a mixture of text messages, images, videos, and illusions displayed by evil spirits in your eyes and mind. It appears like a series of broken pieces of information. Sometimes it tried to come together to deliver an overall message. But more often, the broken pieces of information are irrelevant to each other. This is because different evil spirits send you different things, and evil spirits do not always work together to deliver a coherent message.
Dreams usually happen while you are falling into a deep sleep, or waking up from a deep sleep.
When you have less control of your mind or when you are close to deep sleep, it appears like a dream. When you have more control of your mind or when you are more awake, it becomes a series of text messages, images, videos, and illusions.
Evil spirits may use some gas with a dream to make you drowsy and “trap” you in the dream.
Sometimes, evil spirits may cause some feeling in your human body to match a dream. As a result, you will have a vivid dream with real feeling.
Most dreams are scary, violent, sexual, or related to people and things you saw recently. You may also have some happy dreams. It is against our God’s Law for a spirit to send a message (not to say a dream) to a person in our human world. The only exception is when the message is significant and urgent, or when you really need it. So the happy dreams are still sent by evil spirits.
Dreams all come from evil spirits.
Urges
“Urge” refers to a strange, involuntary, or unusual subtle movement in your heart or another part of your human body.
You control your human body naturally. So you will not cause any urges to your own heart or other parts of your human body.
Our God and His people in the spiritual worlds will not cause any urges to your heart or other parts of your human body.
Consequently, all urges come from evil spirits.
For example,
- Evil spirits cause urges in your heart and seduce you to close the window.
- Evil spirits cause urges in your arm, and seduce you to use the arm to turn on the light.
- Evil spirits cause an urge in your chest, send a message to your ear, and point the message to the urge in your chest. So you are tricked into believing that an evil spirit in your chest sent the message to you.
- Evil spirits cause an urge in the bottom middle of your chest, send a message to your ear, cause feeling in your tongue, and urge you to speak out the message.
Feeling
“Feeling” refers to a strange, involuntary, or unusual feeling in your heart or other parts of your human body.
You feel your human body naturally. So you will not cause any strange, involuntary, or unusual feeling to your own heart or other parts of your human body.
Our God and His people in the spiritual worlds can help fix damage in your human body. When it occurs, you will not see or feel anything, except seeing some light circles to your eyes when you look at a ray of light.
By contrast, evil spirits can cause feeling in your eyes, nose, lips, face, heart, arms, private body parts, legs, and so on. When it occurs, you will have a strange, involuntary, or unusual feeling.
For example:
- Evil spirits cause feeling in your eyes to closely match the movements of Living Light Spirits in front of you. You are tricked into believing that the movements of Living Light Spirits in front of you caused the feeling in your eyes.
- You suddenly feel as if your spiritual eyes are widened and opened.
- You suddenly feel your eyes becoming airy and cool, but you did not say any instructions to your eyes.
- You feel a strange smile coming up in your face.
Unfortunately, the above feeling is caused by evil spirits. If you do not reject it immediately, you will suffer pain, heat, and minor twisting of your eyes soon.
Reject all strange, involuntary, and unusual feeling immediately.
Desires
“Desire” comes from your heart or the bottom middle of your chest.
You feel your own desires internally and naturally. If you notice a desire from the bottom middle of your chest, it comes from evil spirits.
A desire from evil spirits is usually a combination of an urge and feeling in the bottom middle of your chest, plus a message in your mind. Sometimes, it may also come with an illusion near your body.
If you did not start it, the desire came from evil spirits.
If you do not really want it, the desire comes from evil spirits.
Evil spirits often cause people immoral, sexual, illegal, violent, and other evil desires.
Our God and His people in the spiritual worlds will never cause you any desires.
Emotions
“Emotion” refers to any types of emotions directly caused or exaggerated by evil spirits. For example: joy, happiness, excitement, fear, sadness, frustration, anger, malicious joy, discrimination, contempt, and so on.
What does the thing really make you feel? If you do not really feel angry, the anger is caused by evil spirits. If you feel only a little angry, the anger is exaggerated by evil spirits.
The same applies to any other types of emotions.
For example:
- Evil spirits cause and exaggerate your anger and frustration towards your children.
- Evil spirits cause a lot of joy and happiness in your chest towards a person with many questionable values, words, and behaviors.
You may have some emotions after seeing or hearing some things from our God. However, our God and His people in the spiritual worlds will never directly cause you any emotions.
Attacks
“Attack” refers to a physical attack in your human body* by spirits. For example: pain, tingling, stinging, heat, gas, stress, and so on.
Your spirit will never attack your own human body.
Our God and His people in the spiritual worlds will never attack your human body.
All attacks from spirits come from evil spirits.
Note*: When you are a person in our human world, your spirit is attached to your human body. Evil spirits can access and attack your human body. However, evil spirits cannot access or attack your spirit directly.
